DossierIQ is provided by Privileged Access Solutions Integration (PASI). This notice explains what we do with information about you.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your email address or any other personal data with anyone for their own marketing.

If a firm shared documents with you

When a law firm sends you documents through DossierIQ, we process your email address, the one-time codes we send you, and a record of access (date and time, IP address, browser, and which files were viewed or downloaded) on behalf of that firm, to deliver the documents securely and keep a record of access for the firm. The documents belong to the firm; for questions about them, contact the firm.

If you asked for information about DossierIQ

Only if you ticked “Send me information about using DossierIQ for my firm”, we keep your email address and a record of that consent (when, the wording you saw, and where), and send you information about DossierIQ and DossierIQ Scan. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your address so that we never contact you again.

Firm users

Firms that use DossierIQ sign in with Google and may connect Google Drive and client mailboxes. Data obtained from Google is used only to provide DossierIQ to that firm; it is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train general AI models. DossierIQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Before text is sent to an AI service for processing, personal identifiers such as account and Social Security numbers are removed.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit; credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access records are kept with the firm’s matter. One-time codes and sessions are deleted shortly after they expire.
